The Eames Office
Eames Office Gallery Window
On January 24, 2007 the Eames Office opened a larger office, gallery and retail store at 850 Pico Boulevard, Santa Monica, CA 90405. We have an educational space with rotating exhibitions, photography and artifacts from the Eames family collection. (Some formerly at the 901 Washington Ave. Eames Office location.)

An Eames Archive is being established for specific research and is available by appointment only.

Current Exhibitions:

Chair"The Gifted Eye of Charles Eames"
100 photographs by Charles Eames - showing until June 2008.

“Charles Eames: Part II California to the World”
includes “The World of Franklin & Jefferson” modules and scale models from the 1975 exhibition, molded plastic chair prototypes relating to Charles & Ray's design process, graphic panels from Mathematica and more.

Both exhibitions are now extended for another month until July 17, 2008.

The Eames Office retail store & furniture gallery: Featuring Eames gift items
books and films. You can order Classic Eames furniture in molded plywood, plastic and metal.

Coming: Eames postage stamps available mid to late Summer 2008.
